A high-altitude expedition across trans-Himalayan valleys and mountain passes. Drive through Khardung La at 18,380ft, visit ancient Buddhist monasteries, stay in Turtuk village near the border, watch sunset over Pangong Tso Lake, and glide on Dal Lake houseboats in Srinagar.
Day by Day
Itinerary
Arrive at Leh Airport (3,500m). Transfer to a boutique hotel. Complete rest for 24 hours to acclimatize to high altitude. Evening gentle walk in Leh bazaar.
