Why do our newest, most remote journeys cost more? Because you are not simply paying for a bed and a seat in a 4x4. You are funding the extensive reconnaissance and specialized infrastructure required to open an uncharted route responsibly.

The Reconnaissance Factor: Discovering a pristine valley like Miyar or Gurez requires weeks of solo scouting trips, multiple trial drives, scouting stipends paid to local trail blazers, and dedicated pilot testing months before a commercial group ever sets foot there. That investment in discovery is built into the journey economics.

Small Group Economics: The math of mass tourism relies on herding 25 to 40 passengers into a bus to divide fixed vehicle, guide, and permit fees. We strictly cap our group sizes at 6 to 10 travelers. This preserves the intimacy and environmental integrity of the journey, but it means fixed logistics costs are shared across fewer individuals.
